Description

Myo Inosito, also known as Inositol. Myo Inosito is a nutrient for the pharmaceutical industry. It belongs to the vitamin B group and is a vitamin B complex. It has a similar effect to vitamin B and vitamin B1. Myo Inosito is widely present in various natural animal and plant and microbial tissues. Properties

White crystalline powder, odorless, and sweet. Dissolved in water (25 °C, 14g/100mL; 60 °C, 28g/100mL), slightly soluble in ethanol, acetic acid, ethylene glycol and glycerol, insoluble in ether, acetone and chloroform. Myo Inosito is stable in air; Stable to heat, acid and alkali, but is hygroscopic.


Application

In food industry, Myo Inosito is used as nutrition fortifiers, participate in metabolism activities in the body, it has a variety of functions such as immunity, prevention and treatment of certain diseases; in the fermentation and food industry, Myo Inosito can be used for the cultivation of a variety of bacteria and promote the growth of yeast
